3Cs in Playing Volleyball

3Cs in volleyball means Communication, Coverage and Celebration.  These were also the steps to be a Champion.

Communication is one of the key components of a successful volleyball match. Volleyball players must, of course, communicate with one another during the game. Volleyball teams frequently fail to finish an offensive hit or defend against an attack because of a lack of communication. It’s important to remember that effective communication is all about assisting volleyball players in understanding each other and achieving their desired outcomes.Players and coaches should communicate on a regular basis to discuss what goals have been met and what needs to be improved in the near future.

Coverage is a defensive strategy in volleyball. As a defender, you should believe that nothing will ever hit the ground. You should be relentless in your pursuit of the ball. This is the thinking of great defensive specialists. In real life situations like challenges come to our lives unexpectedly as if we are in the midst of darkness and could feel something with extreme negative emotion but because we have family and friends behind us. They are always ready to console us to give their suggestions about our problems and they are also ready to extend their helping hands anytime.

Celebration, Small victories are an important way  to keep track of progress and strive toward much greater goals. It also makes you feel better more frequently.  In volleyball we also celebrate each point that we earn. For such us “ momentum” helps us to be on the right track for aiming to win the game. As well as it boosts our confidence, trust and positivity to continuously score during the match. Therefore, take a moment each time you set a little goal for yourself, such as the ones stated above, to pause and rejoice when you achieve it.

One Team

ONE TEAM GREYHOUNDS

This cheer symbolize that we are one.

Every team has it’w own story to tell, game to play and dreams to achieve to be the champion.

Team is not only in words. But it should be in deed respect and treat them as a family.

My teammates and my coaches are the one who are always pushing me to be the best that I can be. Even if they don’t say anything, their actions at practice can motivate me to work harder as we progress.
